How to let people book a meeting from your Gmail email with Google Calendar offer times
Instead of typing out when you are free, add a block of bookable times from Google Calendar straight into a Gmail message. The other person picks a slot and the event lands on your calendar.

Scheduling a call over email usually means listing your free times, waiting for a reply, then creating the event by hand. It takes several emails and the slots can be gone by the time someone answers.
Gmail's compose window has a Set up a time to meet option that adds proposed times from Google Calendar to your email. The recipient clicks a time to book it, and you get a confirmation and a calendar event.
