How to manage multiple Gmail accounts from one login with Gmail delegation
Use Gmail's Grant access to your account setting to open a second Gmail account from your main one. You read and send its email without signing in to it separately, from any browser.

People who run a business email, a personal email and a project email in Gmail keep signing in and out, or juggle several browsers. It is easy to miss messages in the account you did not open today.
Gmail lets one account grant access to another. You set it up once in the second account's settings, confirm it from your main account, and then the second account appears in your main account's account menu. You can read and send its email while only ever signing in to your main account.

Open settings in the second account
Sign in to the Gmail account you want to access from your main account. Click the settings icon, then See all settings, and open the Accounts and Import tab.

Grant access to your main account
Scroll to Grant access to your account and add another account. Enter your main Gmail address and continue to the next step. Gmail sends a confirmation request to that address.

Confirm from your main account
Sign in to your main account and open the email from the Gmail team. Open the confirmation link and accept the request. The second account now shows that your main address has access.

Open the second account from your main one
Reload Gmail in your main account and click your account menu. The second account is listed there. Open it to read its emails and to compose and send from it.

Use it from any browser
On another browser or computer, sign in to your main account only. The second account is still available from the account menu, so you never need its password there.
Tips and common problems
- Set this up from the account you want to share (the second account), and enter the main account's address.
- The access only starts after you accept the confirmation email in the main account.
- Reload Gmail in the main account if the second account does not appear in the menu right away.
